University Courses – Tuition Fee Waiver Program
CPM Employees that work more than 24 hours per week (and their dependents) are eligible for the Tuition Fee Waiver Program. This means you can submit an application to have tuition fees for university courses you (or your dependents) waived. Read more on the Tuition Fee Waiver Program (use link above) and access the Tuition Fee Waiver Application (PDF) on yu link.
Ensuring Eligibility
Not all courses offered at the University are eligible for tuition waiver. Certificates offered through the School of Continuing Studies and other regulated/professional courses/degrees are not covered (e.g. Schulich School of Business, Osgoode Hall Law School, Lassonde School of Engineering). If you’re unsure about the program you’re interested in, please check with Student Financial Services to confirm inclusion in the program.
Please note – it is the University’s expectation that employees enroll in courses outside of normal work hours. If you require accommodation, please speak to your Manager.
Degree or non-Degree?
Applying as a non-degree student means you are taking courses that do not count towards a degree. A degree program is working towards a degree. For more information, visit the Registrar’s Office.
