The Successful Conversation Workshop is a fast-paced, interactive workshop that blends skill-building practice and application with self and group reflection. It provides participants with the mindset and strategies to learn and practice the most effective ways to creating win-win situations that allow everyone to walk away satisfied. The end result – understanding happens faster, departmental and organizational teamwork is fostered and morale and work-life balance increases.
