Employment Related Concerns

Human Resources and CPMEA strive to support CPM staff who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, work-related concerns. There are various avenues at the University to express concerns regarding employment matters, as well as resources to support conflict resolution. CPM staff can always get in touch with the CPMEA Executive Committee, or their Human Resources representative, for advice in navigating these resources.

Q. I am a CPM staff member who is experiencing conflict in my place of work. Who is the best person to reach out to for assistance?

A. CPM staff are encouraged to contact their manager first and then their Human Resources representative, as appropriate, to discuss.
